Admission Procedure:
The admission in various classes other than KG depends on the availability of seat in the concerned class. Generally, every year, our Vidyalaya gives a notification in the month November for admission procedure and all the formalities it completes by 31st December for the next academic session.
Admission into various classes is granted on the basis of an Entrance Test and an interaction with the student seeking admission and his/her parents after verification of the particulars. The entrance examination is conducted well before the commencement of the new academic session. The dates on which this entrance examination will be conducted are communicated well in advance by the school admission office to the parents of the children seeking admission. Offers for admissions will be given on the basis of the results of this examination and will depend on the number of vacant seats in each concerned class.
Application and Prospectus are made available in School Office. All the requirements mentioned on the Application / Prospectus must be strictly followed.

- Copy of Birth Certificate
- Copy of Mark Sheet of last two years from the school last attended
- Fitness Certificate from a medical practitioner from Govt Hospital.
- Demand Draft of Registration Fees in favour of VKV Nalbari.

WITHDRAWAL
One month’s clear notice in writing or dues in lieu thereof are required for withdrawal from the school. On withdrawal, transfer certificate is issued only after all school dues have been paid. Caution money is refundable on production of admission receipt, provided all the school dues have been settled. If a student is absent without information for a continuous period of thirty days, his / her name is liable to be struck off the school rolls and caution money withheld.
