AAVP Workshop

Nalbari, Assam – On 4 and 5 November 2025, the Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalaya, Nalbari (VKV Nalbari) hosted its annual science‐research fair, the Aryabhata Anusandhanatmak Vijnan Prakalpa (AAVP), showcasing student‐led investigative science projects that reflect the spirit of the New Education Policy (NEP) and hands-on learning. Opening & Format The two‐day event brought together students from middle and senior classes who had spent preceding weeks preparing investigatory science projects under faculty mentorship. On the opening day, after a brief welcome by the principal of VKV Nalbari, teams presented their hypotheses, methodology, findings and recommendations. The judging panel — comprising science faculty and external experts (names to be announced) — engaged the participants in Q&A sessions emphasising scientific thinking, clarity of presentation and real-life application of their research.
