A teacher training programme on the topic “Leading Transformation: Learning Outcomes and Pedagogies” was successfully conducted at Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalaya. The session aimed to equip teachers with effective strategies to enhance classroom practices and improve student learning outcomes.
The resource person for the training was Dr. Sanjib Goswami, Assistant Professor, Department of English, Dakshin Kamrup College. He delivered an insightful and engaging session, emphasizing the importance of outcome-based education, innovative pedagogical approaches, and reflective teaching practices. Teachers were encouraged to adopt learner-centered methods, integrate critical thinking, and align teaching strategies with clearly defined learning outcomes.
The training, which lasted for 3 hours, included interactive discussions, practical examples, and collaborative activities that actively involved all participants. The session proved highly beneficial in strengthening teachers’ understanding of modern educational practices.
The programme concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks delivered by Shree Devendra Kumar Malaavya, Vice Principal of the school.
